Thursday, March 5th

Traveling in: Mechanics & Top performing drivers

3pm: Hotel Check In

5pm: Dinner at The Rookery

7:30pm: Fireside chat at hotel courtyard

Traveling In: Managers, Lead Drivers, Wild Cards, CSRs

7am: Breakfast at hotel (vouchers will be provided)

7:45am: Mechanics head to training at Georgia office

8:00am: Top drivers meet in lobby & head out for Macon Tour

* Lunch will be with your group *

3pm: Return to hotel

2:15pm-3:00pm: Travelers arrive at the hotel

3pm-5pm: Relax!

5pm: Pizza dinner at hotel conference room

6pm: Mechanic and CSR Trivia

8pm: Optional fireside chat at hotel courtyard

7am - Breakfast at hotel (vouchers will be provided)

8am - Everyone meets in lobby to walk to event site

8:15am - Driver walkthrough of the course with judges

8:45am - Spectators section is locked & Mandatory safety briefing for all attendees

9am - 1st contestant starts the competition with their pre-trip

12pm - Lunch (burgers & hotdogs)

1pm - Contest continues

3pm - Contest concludes

3:30 - 4:30 - parking lot clean-up (Keep our customer happy!)

4:30 - 5:30 - Freshen up for dinner

5:30 - Meet in lobby to walk to dinner at Margaritas (Rides available)

10 min walk

6pm - 8:30pm - Dinner & Awards

8:30pm - Walk back to hotel (10 mins)

Traveling Out: All driver participants, CSRs, and Mechanics

7am - Breakfast at hotel (vouchers will be provided)

7:30am - Airport shuttle arrives

9am - Managers Strategy Meeting 2026

1pm - Catered lunch

2pm - Local managers drive home
