Mechanics from other locations will travel in to Macon on Thursday, March 5th for their training with JPRO on Friday. There will be Friday night trivia at the hotel.

Top performing drivers will travel in with their plus ones on Thursday, March 5th so they can attend the Macon tour on Friday.

Remaining driver participants & CSRs will be arriving on Friday, March 6th for the Road-eo event on Saturday & trivia on Friday night at the hotel.

We will be eating at local restaurants in Macon, along with pizza night on Friday for trivia, and burgers/hotdogs on event day.

Everyone staying at the hotel will have breakfast vouchers attached to the LDI reservation. These will not be handed out, so don’t worry about losing them!

We will be sending out a survey with dietary restrictions included.

We have many things happening in just a few days while we are together!

• Mechanics, please wear your LDI polos for training. Thursday = Red Friday = White Saturday = Blue

• Driver participants, please bring your hi-viz uniform for event day: Safety first! OR your location specific group shirt. Please bring casual wear for the other days you are here

• CSRs, please bring your LDI shirts - we would love to get a photo of everyone on trivia night! Friday = Grey Saturday = Purple

• DMs, please bring your LDI polos/tops. Saturday = Red Sunday = Professional attire

• NC team, please bring your LDI polos/tops Saturday = Black Sunday = Professional attire

Please no sandals, flip-flops, or unsafe footwear on event day. Closed-toe shoes that are comfortable, as you will be standing/sitting for long periods of time.

If you are located in Colorado, Oklahoma, or Arizona, you will be flying to the Atlanta Airport. Once you arrive, there will be a car service that will bring you to Macon. The airport is about a 2 hour drive from Macon. Jennifer Cooper will be booking all participant travel so that we can align flights as much as possible.

If you are flying, PLEASE make sure you have a valid, unexpired REAL ID! This is mandatory to board your flight.

Once you arrive in Macon, the hotel is directly across from the event space.

There is a CVS & Walgreens pharmacy 3 miles away should you need anything while you are away from home.

For departure back home, the same car service will be transporting you back to the airport. Please remember you need to be at the airport no less than 2 hours before your flight departs! The car service will have your flight schedule & will know when you need to leave the hotel.
