What is a Road-EO?

For 36 years, Liberty Disposal has proudly served our communities — starting with just one driver and one truck. Today, we continue to honor the skill, safety, and dedication of our team through our annual Road-EO.

Throughout the year, every driver’s performance is tracked through monthly report cards. We celebrate excellence with our Driver of the Month and Driver of the Quarter awards. At the end of the year, scores are tallied, and the top-performing drivers are flown to the host city of the Road-EO — in 2026, that’s Georgia!

There, they put their skills to the test on a challenging course featuring precision cone weaving, tight-space backing, “toilet slalom” turns, and more. But the competition doesn’t stop with drivers — our mechanics face off in a fast-paced trivia challenge, and our Customer Service Representatives join in the fun too.

The Road-EO isn’t just a competition — it’s one of the most anticipated events of the year, bringing our entire company together to celebrate teamwork, skill, and pride in what we do. We take pride in safety each and every day!
